Managed multiple projects, building informative e-learning courses and videos aimed at training internal staff and targeted audiences. Worked across business lines with SMEs and management in delivering high-quality content and 508-compliant instructional materials. Developed micro-learning videos for quick access to tools and revitalized existing training to meet current standards and best practices. Met demanding deadlines, budgets, and technical/business requirements on each project. Delivered 27 new Storyline courses over the last 4 years, 3 intended for the entire NFS staff, consisting of 3K federal employees and contractors.
