Blended Learning

This course is part of a series under the banner of Federal Supervision. It is designed for new supervisors and is an example of blended learning. The concept is to put most of the information in e-learning and when they complete all seven courses in this series, the new supervisors meet in person to discuss any questions they may have about these topics. Since the in-person meetings occur quarterly, this approach allows new supervisors to obtain information when they need it.

What I like about this course is that it contains tangible information that new supervisors need to know about their new duties and responsibilities.
