This is a video tutorial to remind the panelists of their duties for the day. Panelists are external people who have evaluated applications for the graduate research fellowship program. They meet to decide which applications merit a fellowship.

I like this video because it is a reminder of their responsibilities and a shorter version of the full training video that they viewed about a month before this one.
